A second parallel-off relay 15b provided in the second electric wire L2 is connected to the first electric wire L1 via a third connection electric wire 25 in which a second energy consumption component 25a consuming electric energy charging the capacitor 14c is provided, when switched to the second connection state. On the basis of a detected current state or a detected voltage state during discharge of the capacitor 14c, a determination section 16b determines a deposition state of the first and second parallel-off relays 15a and 15b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】分散型電源の系統連系装置において、停電時において比較的低コストにて、系統連系用継電器の溶着判定を行なう。【解決手段】系統連系装置10において、第1電線L1に設けた第1解列リレー15aは第2接続状態に切り替えられたとき、コンデンサ14cに充電された電気エネルギを消費する第1エネルギ消費部品24aが設けられた第2接続電線24を介して第2電線L2に接続される。第2電線L2に設けた第2解列リレー15bは第2接続状態に切り替えられたとき、コンデンサ14cに充電された電気エネルギを消費する第2エネルギ消費部品25aが設けられた第3接続電線25を介して第1電線L1に接続される。溶着判定部16bは、コンデンサ14cの放電時の検出電流状態または検出電圧状態に基づいて、第1および第2解列リレー15a,15bの溶着状態を判定する。【選択図】 図1 |
