Zusammenfassung:	To provide a vibration absorbing and fixing member for a potential heavy load for a power conversion device which has an insulation property and a strength capable of mounting the potential heavy load for the power conversion device thereon and has flexibility capable of absorbing vibration/impulse.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to vibration absorbing and fixing members 10a and 10b for absorbing vibration/impulse of potential heavy loads for a power conversion device to be installed inside of a main body. The vibration absorbing and fixing members 10a and 10b comprise vibration absorption plates 1A and 1B configured by stacking multiple molding materials for each of which a thin plate consisting of an FRP material is molded in a U shape. The vibration absorbing and fixing members for the potential heavy loads for the power conversion device are characterized to absorb the vibration/impulse of the potential heavy loads for the power conversion device by disposing the vibration absorption plates 1A and 2A at upper and lower sides of potential heavy loads 20a and 20b for the power conversion device so as to tightly fix them to the potential heavy loads for the power conversion device and fixing the vibration absorption plates 1A and 2A to a main body 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電力変換装置用電位重量物を載置することができる絶縁性及び強度を備え、かつ、振動・衝撃を吸収できる柔軟性を備えた電力変換装置用電位重量物の振動吸収固定部材を提供すること。【解決手段】本体の内部に設置する電力変換装置用電位重量物の振動・衝撃を吸収する振動吸収固定部材１０ａ,１０ｂであって、前記振動吸収固定部材１０ａ,１０ｂは、ＦＲＰ素材からなる薄板をコの字形状に成型した成型材を複数枚積層して構成した振動吸収板１Ａ,１Ｂを備え、前記電力変換装置用電位重量物２０ａ,２０ｂの上下に、当該電力変換装置用電位重量物に密着固定するように前記振動吸収板１Ａ,２Ａを配置し、当該振動吸収板１Ａ,２Ａを前記本体３０に固定することにより、当該電力変換装置用電位重量物の振動・衝撃を吸収することを特徴とする電力変換装置用電位重量物の振動吸収固定部材。【選択図】図１
