Zusammenfassung:To provide a resistor capable of improving the long-term reliability, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Disclosed resistor includes: a resistive element 1 made of metal; a pair of electrodes 2 located at both ends of the resistive element 1; and a heat sink 3 that covers one side 1a of the resistive element 1, in which an oxide layer 4 exists between the one side 1a of the resistive element 1 and the heat sink 3. The heat sink 3 is made of aluminum, and the oxide layer 4 is an anodized layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、長期信頼性を向上させることができる抵抗器およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】本発明の抵抗器は、金属で構成された抵抗体1と、前記抵抗体1の両端部に位置する一対の電極2と、前記抵抗体1の一面1aを覆う放熱板3とを備え、前記抵抗体1の一面1aと前記放熱板3の間に酸化物層4が存在する。また、前記放熱板3をアルミニウムで構成し、前記酸化物層4をアルマイト層としたものである。【選択図】図1
