Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method for drying a glass article, capable of reducing the number of particles on the surface of the glass article.SOLUTION: A method for drying a glass article includes a step of soaking the glass article into process liquid while placing the article on a holding cassette where the bottom of V-shaped groove and a receiving groove extending downward from the bottom are formed in a plate having the V-shaped groove, and a step of removing the process liquid adhering to the surface of the glass article while moving the holding cassette, in a state where the glass article is placed, in gas atmosphere containing isopropyl alcohol vapor from the process liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】ガラス物品の表面にある粒子数を少なくすることができるガラス物品の乾燥方法を提供する。【解決手段】ガラス物品の乾燥方法は、ガラス物品を、Ｖ字状溝を有した板に、前記Ｖ字状溝の底部および前記底部から下方に伸びる受け溝が形成された保持カセットに載置した状態で前記処理液に浸漬する工程と、前記ガラス物品が載置された状態で前記保持カセットを、前記処理液からイソプロピルアルコールの蒸気を含むガス雰囲気中に移動しながら前記ガラス物品の表面に付着している前記処理液を除去する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図４
