In an inner side surface 311 of the first nipping part 31, a bend top part 34 is formed along a parting line 331 of a folding art 33. An end part 211 of a plurality of conductive element wires 21 is nipped between the bend top part 34 and the second nipping part 32 in a state where it crosses with the bend top part 34, and is conducted to the conductive metal fitting 3. In an inner side surface 321 of the second nipping part 32 that is a position on the conductive sheet material 2 side from the bend top part 34, a projection part 35 having a curvature radius smaller than that of the bend top part 34 is formed in a state where it is in contact with the end part 211 of the plurality of conductive element wires 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】導電金具による導電シート材の挟持状態にばらつきが生じにくくし、かつ導電シート材と導電金具との導通部分である屈曲頂点部への水の浸入を防止することができる金具付導電シートを提供する。【解決手段】金具付導電シート1は、導電シート材2と、第1挟持部31及び第2挟持部32を有する導電金具3とを備える。第1挟持部31の内側面311には、折り返し部33の見切り線331に沿って屈曲頂点部34が形成されている。複数の導体素線21の端部211は、屈曲頂点部34に交差する状態で屈曲頂点部34と第2挟持部32との間に挟持されて、導電金具3に導通されている。第2挟持部32の内側面321であって、屈曲頂点部34よりも導電シート材2側の位置には、屈曲頂点部34に比べて曲率半径が小さい突起部35が、複数の導体素線21の端部211に接触する状態で形成されている。【選択図】図2 |
