Zusammenfassung:To provide a battery manufacturing method capable of reducing internal resistance of a battery by molding a single cell before an initial charging process.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a battery 10 includes: a single cell forming step (S20) of forming a single cell by stacking via a separator a positive electrode in which a positive electrode active material layer containing an electrolytic solution is formed on a positive electrode current collector and a negative electrode in which a negative electrode active material layer containing an electrolytic solution is formed on a negative electrode current collector; a surface pressing step (S40) in which a pressing surface of a pressing unit is brought into surface contact from a stacking direction with one single cell or two or more stacked single cells and pressed; and an initial charging step (S50) for charging the one single cell or two or more stacked single cells after the surface pressing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】初回充電工程の前に単セルを成形することによって電池の内部抵抗を低減できる電池の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】電池10の製造方法は、正極集電体に電解液を含む正極活物質層が形成されてなる正極と、負極集電体に電解液を含む負極活物質層が形成されてなる負極とを、セパレータを介して積層して単セルを形成する単セル形成工程(S20)と、1つの単セルまたは2つ以上積層された単セルに積層方向から加圧部の加圧面を面接触させて加圧する面プレス工程(S40)と、面プレス工程の後に、1つの単セルまたは2つ以上積層された単セルを充電する初回充電工程(S50)と、を有する。【選択図】図4
