The PC 200 acquires disaster hazard information according to the address information based on the received address information and explanatory moving image information from the server 300. Although the hazard information is, for example, information consisting only of characters, the explanatory moving image information is information with sounds and moving images. The PC 200 displays the hazard information on a display 230 and outputs the explanatory moving image information from a speaker 220 and the display 230.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】災害情報を分かりやすく提示する。【解決手段】ＰＣ２００は、ＰＣ２００に接続された入力デバイス２４０を使用して住所情報の入力を受け付ける。ＰＣ２００は、受け付けた住所情報に基づき、この住所情報に応じた災害のハザード情報及び説明動画情報をサーバ３００から取得する。ハザード情報は、例えば文字のみからなる情報であるが、説明動画情報は音声及び動画による情報である。ＰＣ２００は、このハザード情報をディスプレイ２３０に表示させる共に、説明動画情報をスピーカ２２０及びディスプレイ２３０から出力させる。【選択図】図１
