Zusammenfassung:	To provide an optical member having excellent optical characteristics and excellent wear resistance.SOLUTION: An optical member comprises base material and an anti-reflection film disposed on the base material. The anti-reflection film has a porous layer on a surface opposed to the base material. The porous layer includes a plurality of silicon oxide particles, and a gap existing between the plurality of silicon oxide particles.
