Zusammenfassung:	To provide a panel with a lattice which can be attached later and has an excellent aesthetic appearance.SOLUTION: A lattice panel 1 includes a panel board 15, a frame member 10 surrounding the periphery of the panel board 15, an architrave trim 30 arranged in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the frame member 10, and a lattice member 20 mounted along a surface of the panel board 15.
