Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method and device for hydrogenation of various kinds of fractions in an oil-manufacturing, the device and a process being capable of saturation of C4-C6 olefins in the same reactor for de-aromatization.SOLUTION: In the device and the process, by high-pressure separation of an outlet flow from a first hydrogenation reaction zone 1, introduction of a first intermediate gas flow 5 having been separated to a second reaction zone 2, and separation of the first intermediate liquid flow to a part to be sent back to the first reaction zone as a liquid recycle and a part to the second reaction zone or a liquid bypass 4, a pressure can be kept substantially stable in a high-pressure section, and by this, the same process can be applied to hydrogenation of totally different feeds.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製油における種々の留分の水素化方法及び装置であって、C4〜C6オレフィンの飽和が脱芳香族化と同じ反応器中で可能である装置及びプロセスを提供する。【解決手段】装置及びプロセス内で、第1の水素化反応ゾーン1からのアウトレット流の高圧分離、分離された第1の中間ガス流5を第2の反応ゾーン2へ導くこと、並びに、第1の中間液体流を、液体リサイクルとして第1の反応ゾーンへと戻される一部と第2の反応ゾーンか又は液体バイパス4のどちらかへの一部とに分けることにより、高圧セクション内で圧力を実質的に一定に保つことができ、このことで、同一のプロセスが非常に異なるフィードの水素化が可能となる。【選択図】図1 |
