To provide a delivery booklet which is able to mail or deliver paper medium containing a large amount of information and is low cost, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a delivery booklet in which a booklet body is saddle-stitched together with a cover, the delivery booklet is configured such that a front one surface part of the cover has a partition part with tab part that extends via a perforation line 115, a front four surface part of the cover has a foldout partition part that extends via a crease line, the foldout partition part is adhered with the partition part with tab part by superposition, and by holding and pulling the tab part equipped with the partition part with tab part when opening, the partition part with tab part is torn along the perforation line 115 while keeping adhered with the foldout partition part, and there is also provided a method of manufacturing the delivery booklet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】大量の情報が掲載された紙媒体を郵送や配送ができ、低コストな配送用冊子及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】冊子本体が表紙と共に中綴じされた配送用冊子であって、該表紙の表１面部がミシン目線１１５を介して延在するタブ部付区画部を有し、該表紙の表４面部が折り目線を介して延在する折込用区画部を有し、該折込用区画部がタブ部付区画部と重ね合わせられて接着されており、開封時において、タブ部付区画部に具備されたタブ部を把持して引っ張ることで、タブ部付区画部が、折込用区画部に接着した状態のままで、前記ミシン目線１１５に沿って破れるように構成されていることを特徴とする配送用冊子及びその製造方法。【選択図】図５
