MULTI-ROW WEIGHT SELECTOR FOR STICK PACKAGING PRODUCT

To provide a multi-row weight selector for a stick packaging product, easy in maintenance and repair, by minimizing a measurement error caused by impact by dropping of the product.SOLUTION: A multi-row weight selector includes a body part 100 for connecting a plurality of frames, an approach part 200 forming a plurality of approach chutes 240 for approaching/discharging a stick packaging product, a measurement part 300 provided in a multi-row and measuring weight of the stick packaging product stored in a measurement hopper 320, a mobile bar 610 for moving in the longitudinal direction by being connected to a mobile package and arranged by crossing the body part, a push part 620 composed of a push bar for discharging by pushing the stick packaging product stored in respective measurement hoppers by moving in the longitudinal direction by connecting so as to be orthogonal in a plurality to the mobile bar, a selection part 700 for selecting a normal article and a defective by discharging the stick packaging product or discharging after switching the direction by operating a cylinder unit and a control part for determining the normal article and the defective.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】製品の落下による衝撃で発生する計測誤差を最小化し、維持及び補修が簡単なスティック包装製品用多列重量選別装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数個のフレームが繋がったボディー部１００、スティック包装製品が進入／排出される進入シュート２４０が複数個形成された進入部２００、多列設けられ、計測ホッパー３２０に収納されたスティック包装製品の重量を測定する計測部３００、移動包みに繋がって前後方向に移動し、ボディー部を横切って配置された移動バー６１０、移動バーに複数が直交するように繋がって前後方向に移動し、各計測ホッパーに収納されたスティック包装製品をプッシュして排出するプッシュバーからなるプッシュ部６２０、スティック包装製品を排出したり、シリンダーユニットを作動して方向を切り換えた後で排出させ、正常品と不良品を選別する選別部７００、及び正常品と不良品を判定する制御部を含む。【選択図】図１
