POWDER RECOVERY DEVICE AND POWDER RECOVERY METHOD

To provide a powder recovery device and a powder recovery method having a high recovery rate of a powder in a submicron order.SOLUTION: A powder recovery device separates a powder from the solid-gas two-phase state of the powder having a particle size of 1 μm or less and a gas. The powder recovery device comprises: a container having an opening at one end; a supply pipe being disposed at the center of the container and supplying the powder to the bottom of the container; a drive part being connected to a bottom surface facing the opening and rotating the container as the rotating shaft rotating a shaft vertical to the bottom surface of the container; and a gas recovery part recovering the gas from the opening side of the container.
