Zusammenfassung:To provide an apparatus and a method for creating a contraction model of an electric power system which can create a contraction model of an electric power system in which parameters are sufficiently adjusted to be a suitable value for controlling the system.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for creating a contraction model of an electric power system comprises: a flow cross-section data setting part 11 for setting flow cross-section data on the basis of a source system model; a reference phase determination part 12 for calculating a reference phase on the basis of a plurality of flow cross-sections; an interconnecting point voltage phase calculation part 13 for calculating a voltage phase before contraction and a voltage phase after contraction; a phase difference calculation part 14 for calculating a phase difference before contraction being a phase difference before contraction between the voltage phase before contraction and the reference phase, and a phase difference after contraction being a phase difference after contraction between the voltage phase after contraction and the reference phase; a phase difference error calculation part 15 for calculating a phase error between the phase difference before contraction and the phase difference after contraction; and a parameter adjustment part 16 for determining a distribution rate of a load and an impedance of a contraction system so that a total value of phase errors at the plurality of flow cross-sections is minimized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】パラメータが系統制御に適した値に十分調整された電力系統の縮約系統モデルを作成することができる電力系統縮約モデル作成装置および電力系統縮約モデル作成方法を提供する。【解決手段】電力系統縮約モデル作成装置1は、原系統モデルに基づき潮流断面データを設定する潮流断面データ設定部11と、複数の潮流断面に基づき基準位相を算出する基準位相決定部12と、縮約前の電圧位相および縮約後の電圧位相を算出する連系点電圧位相計算部13と、縮約前の電圧位相と基準位相との縮約前の位相差である縮約前位相差、および縮約後の電圧位相と基準位相との縮約後の位相差である縮約後位相差を算出する位相差計算部14と、縮約前位相差と縮約後位相差の位相誤差を算出する位相差誤差計算部15と、複数の潮流断面における位相誤差の合計値が最小となるよう縮約系統の負荷の配分比率およびインピーダンスを決定するパラメータ調整部16とを有する。【選択図】図1
