Zusammenfassung:To provide an imaging device that can detect an accurate motion vector value in a pre-read pixel and can feed back correct motion vector information.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an imaging element that has a first pixel and a second pixel that can read while thinning out pixels as a thinning-out unit; imaging element control means that reads a signal from the second pixel first and subsequently reads a signal from the first pixel; pixel signal rearranging means that rearranges the signal from the first pixel and the signal from the second pixel into image signals in a pixel array configuration of the imaging element; first motion vector detection means that performs motion vector detection processing on the signal from the second pixel; and second motion vector detection means that performs motion vector detection processing on the pixel signals rearranged by image signal rearranging means. The first motion vector detection means is controlled on the basis of the thinning-out unit of the second pixel, and the second motion vector detection means is controlled on the basis of a result of detection performed by the first motion vector detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】先読みした画素に対して、精度の良い動きベクトル値を検出することが出来、正しい動きベクトル情報をフィードバック出来る撮像装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1の画素と、画素を間引き単位として間引いて読み出すことが可能な第2の画素を有する撮像素子と、第2の画素の信号を先に読み出し、第1の画素の信号を後から読み出す撮像素子制御手段と、第1の画素の信号と第2の画素の信号を撮像素子の画素配列構成の画像信号に並び替える画素信号並び替え手段と、第2の画素の信号に対して動きベクトル検出処理を行う第1の動きベクトル検出手段と、画像信号並び替え手段によって並び替えられた画像信号に対して動きベクトル検出処理を行う第2の動きベクトル検出手段を有する。第1の動きベクトル検出手段は、第2の画素の間引き単位に基づいて制御され、第2の動きベクトル検出手段は、第1の動きベクトル検出手段の検出結果に基づいて制御される。【選択図】図1
