Zusammenfassung: | To provide a waste incineration method which enables combustion control to be quickly performed according to fluctuation in a moisture percentage of waste supplied to a waste incinerator even when the fluctuation occurs, and accordingly can maintain stable combustion condition favorably.SOLUTION: A combustion control step includes: a property measurement value acquisition step of acquiring a measurement value of property of charged waste; a calculation step of calculating a waste supply speed for maintaining a heat generation value of the waste supplied to a combustion chamber 3 by a supplying device 8 constant, on the basis of the measurement value of the waste property acquired in the property measurement value acquisition step; and a supply speed indication step of indicating reciprocation of an extrusion part 8A at the supply speed calculated in the calculation step to the supply device 8. The calculation step includes a step of calculating the supply speed of the waste, when the moisture percentage of the waste fluctuates, so that the supply heat generation value of the waste supplied to the combustion chamber per a unit time before the fluctuation is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】廃棄物焼却炉へ供給される廃棄物の水分率が変動しても、その変動に応じた燃焼制御を速やかに行うことができ、安定した燃焼状態を良好に維持することができる廃棄物焼却方法を提供する。【解決手段】燃焼制御工程は、投入された廃棄物の性状の測定値を取得する性状測定値取得工程と、上記性状測定値取得工程で取得された廃棄物の性状の測定値に基づいて、供給装置8により燃焼室3へ供給される廃棄物の発熱量を一定に維持するための廃棄物の供給速度を算出する演算工程と、上記演算工程で算出された供給速度での押出部8Aの往復動を供給装置8に指示する供給速度指示工程とを有し、上記演算工程は、廃棄物の水分率が変動したとき、変動前における単位時間当たりに燃焼室へ供給される廃棄物の供給発熱量が維持されるように、廃棄物の供給速度を算出する工程を有している。【選択図】図1 |
