FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD

To provide a floor construction method that can reduce man-hours for floor construction and reduce labor involved in floor construction.SOLUTION: The floor construction method comprises a step of disposing an underfloor unit 20, in which a sleeper 12 that supports a floor panel 11 constituting the floor of a building 1 and a plurality of bundles 13 that support the sleeper 12 are integrated, by laying the sleeper 12 of the underfloor unit 20 on a rising portion R of a foundation B of the building 1, a step of forming a dirt floor FL after disposing the underfloor unit 20 by placing concrete to reach to leg members 16 of the plurality of bundles 13, in a state where a restraining member 50 for suppressing variations of vertical positions of the plurality of bundles 13 due to the bending of the sleeper 12 is attached to the underfloor unit 20, and a step of installing the floor panel 11 on the sleeper 12 of the underfloor unit 20 disposed on the dirt floor FL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】床施工の工数を削減し、床施工に係る労力を軽減できる床施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】床施工方法は、建物１の床を構成する床パネル１１を支持する大引１２と、大引１２を支持する複数の束１３とを一体化した床下ユニット２０の大引１２を建物１の基礎Ｂの立ち上がり部Ｒに架設して、床下ユニット２０を配置する工程と、床下ユニット２０を配置した後に、大引１２の撓みによる複数の束１３の上下位置のばらつきを抑制するための拘束部材５０を床下ユニット２０に取り付けた状態で、複数の束１３の脚部材１６に達するまでコンクリートを打設して土間ＦＬを形成する工程と、土間ＦＬの上に配置される床下ユニット２０の大引１２の上に床パネル１１を設置する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図１
