BONDING DEVICE

To provide a bonding device by which a positional relationship of a lower sheet end and an upper sheet end to a nozzle is hardly shifted and which can transport a lower cloth and an upper cloth stably.SOLUTION: A cloth bonding device discharges an adhesive agent from a discharge port 27 and, while applying the adhesive agent to a lower specific end of a lower cloth, press-bonds the lower specific end to an upper specific end of an upper cloth for transportation. An upper sensor part 85 emits light, and by receiving reflection light from a reflection board 28 arranged in an upper detection position, detects whether the upper specific end is in the upper detection position. The reflection board 28 is fixed to a recess 26B of un upper support part 26 in a nozzle 24. The cloth bonding device rotates an upper nipping roller 42 based on detection results of the upper sensor part 85 and controls a position of the right-left direction of the upper cloth. Because the reflection board 28 is in a position closer to the side of a pressure-adhesion point than the discharge port 27, the distance from the upper detection position to the pressure-adhesion point is short. Therefore, the cloth bonding device can overlaps the upper specific end on the lower specific end on a pressure-adhesion point without deviation in the right-left direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】下シートの端部と上シートの端部のノズルに対する位置関係がずれ難く、且つ下布と上布を安定して搬送できる接着装置を提供する。【解決手段】布接着装置は吐出口２７から接着剤を吐出し、下布の下特定端部に接着剤を塗布しながら下特定端部と上布の上特定端部を圧着して搬送する。上センサ部８５は光を出射し、上検出位置に配置した反射板２８からの反射光を受光することで上特定端部が上検出位置に有るか検出する。反射板２８はノズル２４の上支持部２６の凹部２６Ｂに固定する。布接着装置は上センサ部８５の検出結果に基づき、上挟持ローラ４２を回転し、上布の左右方向の位置を制御する。反射板２８は吐出口２７よりも圧着点側に位置するので、上検出位置から圧着点までの距離は短い。故に布接着装置は圧着点にて下特定端部に上特定端部を左右方向にずれることなく重ねることができる。【選択図】図６
