PAINTING COMPOSITION HAVING SELF-DECOLORATION AT NORMAL TEMPERATURE

To provide a painting composition capable of showing visibility by coloring when painted and reducing the visibility by self-action in a process dried at normal temperature when forming a painting film, and including the (partial) hydrolysate of a silicate compound forming the painting film excellent in hydrophilicity and stain resistance.SOLUTION: The painting composition comprises (A) 30-80 parts of the (partial) hydrolysate of a silicate compound represented by the following formula (1), (where, R1-R4 show a C1-8 organic group and may be the same or different from each other, and n shows an integer of 1-50.), (B) 10-60 parts of a metal chelate compound and (C) 5-40 parts of a binder component.
