Zusammenfassung: | To provide a ceramics madreporite which collection efficiency of particulate matter is high and can suppress increase of pressure drop in use.SOLUTION: A ceramics madreporite comprises a skeleton section containing aggregate and binder, and a pore section that is formed between the skeleton sections and fluid can circulate. In the ceramics madreporite, the pore section satisfies following formulas (1) and (2) in a cross section parallel to the circulation direction of the fluid: L1/L2≥0.92 (1); and L1+L2≤27 μm (2). In the formulas, L1 is average length of the pore section to the circulation direction of the fluid, and the L2 is average length of the pore section at right angles to the circulation direction of the fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
