Zusammenfassung:To provide a rudder device and a vessel capable of obtaining higher propulsion efficiency by taking into consideration interference in 3 flows of the rudder, a propeller, and a hull.SOLUTION: A rudder device comprises a rudder plate 10 which is attached behind the propeller 2 of the vessel 1, and which has a rudder shape formed of an upper twisted part 20a provided in a rudder plate upper part 10a positioned above a central axis A of a propeller 2 and a lower twisted part 20d provided in a rudder plate lower part 10d positioned below the central axis A of the propeller 2, in a state of both being twisted in an opposite direction to face a rotation flow B of the propeller 2, as well as, of the lower twisted part 20d to have a twist amount set to be greater than the twist amount of the upper twisted part 20a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】舵、プロペラ、及び船体の3つの流れの干渉を考慮して、より高い推進効率が得られる舵装置及び船舶を提供すること。【解決手段】船舶1のプロペラ2の後方に取り付けられる舵の舵板10として、プロペラ2の中心軸Aよりも上方に位置する舵板上部10aに設けた上部捩り部20aと、プロペラ2の中心軸Aよりも下方に位置する舵板下部10dに設けた下部捩り部20dとを、プロペラ2の回転流Bに対向するように反対方向に捩るとともに、下部捩り部20dの捩り量を上部捩り部20aの捩り量よりも大きく設定した舵形状を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
