A dome portion 13 (end part in an axial direction) of the blow molding 10 is formed by a part connected to the welded portion 16 in the parison 11 and an undercut portion 15 is formed in the dome portion 13. A pair of molds 22 includes: a pair of mold bodies 23; and a pair of nests 32 forming the undercut portion 15 in a state where the entire region of the welded portion 16 is sandwiched. The pair of nests 32 can be detached from the pair of mold bodies 23 while remaining in one piece with the blow molding 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】アンダーカット部が形成されたブロー成形体の製造においてタクトタイムの短縮を図る。【解決手段】ブロー成形体10の製造装置20は、パリソン11を包囲し、パリソン11の一部を偏平に潰して溶着部16を形成する一対の金型22を備え、ブロー成形体10のドーム部13(軸線方向端部)をパリソン11のうち溶着部16に連なる部分によって形成し、ドーム部13にアンダーカット部15を形成する。一対の金型22は、一対の金型本体23と、溶着部16の全領域を挟み付けた状態でアンダーカット部15を形成する一対の入れ子32とを備えて構成され、一対の入れ子32は、ブロー成形体10と一体の状態のままで一対の金型本体23から離脱可能である。【選択図】図2 |
