Zusammenfassung:To provide a pulse MAG multi-layer welding method which has a stable arc, decreases a sputter generation amount and provides welded metal of excellent mechanical properties.SOLUTION: In a pulse MAG multi-layer welding method, multi-layer welding is performed by applying a pulse peak current (Ip) of 460 to 550A, a pulse space current (Ib) of 40 to 80A, a pulse peak width (Tp) of 0.5 to 2.0 msec and by using a flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding which contains, in mass% with respect to wire total mass in the total of steel outer sheath and flux, C of 0.05 to 0.18%, Si of 0.4 to 1.5%, Mn of 1.5 to 2.5%, Cu of 0.05 to 0.5%, Ti of 0.1 to 0.4% and Al of 0.01% or less and, further, contains, in mass% with respect to wire total mass%, SiOof 0.01 to 0.2%, the sum of F conversion value of 0.01 to 0.1%, the sum of NaO conversion value and KO conversion value of 0.02 to 0.15%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 アークが安定しスパッタ発生量が少なく、優れた機械的性能の溶接金属が得られるパルスMAG多層盛溶接方法を提供する。【解決手段】パルスMAG多層盛溶接方法において、ワイヤ全質量に対する質量%で、鋼製外皮とフラックスの合計で、C:0.05〜0.18%、Si:0.4〜1.5%、Mn:1.5〜2.5%、Cu:0.05〜0.5%、Ti:0.1〜0.4%を含有し、Al:0.01%以下であり、さらに、ワイヤ全質量に対する質量%で、フラックス中に、SiO2:0.01〜0.2%、F換算値の合計:0.01〜0.1%、Na2O換算値及びK2O換算値の合計:0.02〜0.15%を含有するガスシールドアーク溶接用フラックス入りワイヤを用いて、パルスピーク電流(Ip):460〜550A、パルスベース電流(Ib):40〜80A、パルスピーク幅(Tp):0.5〜2.0msecのパルスを付加して多層盛溶接する。【選択図】 なし
