PRODUCTION METHOD OF VEGETABLE/FRUIT MIXTURE AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF PACKAGING PRODUCT INCLUDING VEGETABLE/FRUIT MIXTURE

To provide a production method of a vegetable/fruit mixture which integrates and packages in one porous material, roots of two or more kinds of product classes and two or more strains of vegetable/fruit, for producing efficiently, a vegetable/fruit mixture, and which can be applied in an effective production method in a plant factory or the like, and a production method of a packaging product including the vegetable/fruit mixture.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a vegetable/fruit mixture which includes: (i) performing inoculation of seeds of two or more kinds of vegetable/fruit to a same culture support medium formed of a porous material; (ii) performing germination of the seeds of two or more kinds of vegetable/fruit, then performing seedling raising; (iii) then growing seedlings of two or more kinds of vegetable/fruit to a prescribed predetermined size for every vegetable/fruit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】２種以上の品種、且つ２株以上の青果物が有する根を１つの多孔質材料に内包させて一体化することにより、効率よく青果物混合品を製造でき、且つ、植物工場等による効率的な製造方法においても適用可能である青果物混合品の製造方法と、当該製造方法を含む青果物混合品を含む包装製品の製造方法とを提供すること。【解決手段】（ｉ）多孔質材料からなる同一の栽培支持体への、２種以上の青果物の種子の播種を行うこと、（ｉｉ）２種以上の青果物の種子を発芽させた後、育苗を行うこと、及び、（ｉｉｉ）２種以上の青果物の苗を、各青果物毎に予め定められた所定のサイズに達するまで生育させることと、を備える、方法により、青果物混合品を製造する。【選択図】図１
