REPRODUCTION DEVICE OF LEAD STORAGE BATTERY AND REPRODUCTION PROCESS OF LEAD STORAGE BATTERY

To provide a simple reproduction device capable of reproducing a lead storage battery corresponding to a state of a deterioration condition caused by a sulfation in the lead storage battery.SOLUTION: The lead storage battery reproduction device, reducing a lead sulfate layer of an electrode surface for removal by running an electric current through a lead storage battery, includes: a current, voltage and power supply section, an output control section, a measurement section, an apparatus stop section, a data analysis section, a sequence execution section, a PC connection section and a display section and operation board, and is configured to vary a supply current and voltage setting according to changes in current and voltage values of the lead storage battery relative to current and voltage setting from the reproduction device and a current running from the lead storage battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】鉛蓄電池のサルフェーションによる劣化具合の状態に対応した鉛蓄電池の再生を可能とする簡便な再生装置を開発する。【解決手段】鉛蓄電池に電流を流して電極表面の硫酸鉛層を還元して除去する鉛蓄電池再生装置であって、電流・電圧・電力供給部、出力制御部、測定部、機器停止部、データ解析部、シーケンス実行部、ＰＣ接続部、表示部・操作盤とを備え、当該再生装置からの電流電圧設定と鉛蓄電池から流れる電流に対して、鉛蓄電池の電流・電圧値の変化に対応して、供給電流と電圧設定を可変させる鉛蓄電池再生装置とした。【選択図】図１
