Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method for an integrated sheet of a film electrode gas diffusion layer joined-body and a resin frame, the sheet being designed such that by reducing hindrance of curing of an ultraviolet curable adhesive, the ultraviolet curable adhesive can be cured in a short time and the productivity thereof is excellent.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an integrated sheet in which a resin frame is joined to a film electrode gas diffusion layer joined-body, comprises: a step of preparing a laminate body in which a gas diffusion layer is stacked on at least one surface of the film electrode joined-body; a step of applying an ultraviolet curable adhesive to the laminate body; a step of arranging and pressurizing the resin frame on the ultraviolet curable adhesive; and an emission step of emitting ultraviolet to the ultraviolet curable adhesive, the emission step having a first emission step and a second emission step of emitting ultraviolet increased in emission strength compared to the first emission step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】紫外線硬化接着剤の硬化阻害を抑制することで、当該紫外線硬化接着剤を短時間で硬化することができ、生産性に優れた膜電極ガス拡散層接合体と樹脂フレームとの一体化シートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】膜電極ガス拡散層接合体に樹脂フレームが接合された一体化シートの製造方法であって、膜電極接合体の少なくとも一方の面にガス拡散層が積層された積層体を準備する工程と、前記積層体に紫外線硬化接着剤を塗布する工程と、前記紫外線硬化接着剤上に樹脂フレームを配置して加圧する工程と、前記紫外線硬化接着剤に紫外線を照射する照射工程と、を有し、前記照射工程が、第1の照射工程と、前記第1の照射工程よりも照射強度を上げて紫外線を照射する第2の照射工程と、を有する、一体化シートの製造方法。【選択図】図1
