Zusammenfassung:	To provide a technique capable of efficiently performing remote support in a vehicle remote support system.SOLUTION: A remote support system 100 that performs remote support for a vehicle 10 includes a remote support unit 66 configured to remotely support the vehicle based on an operation by an operator when the vehicle arrives at a support point where the operation of the vehicle is supported from a remote place, or when a call request is received from the vehicle, and an allocation control unit 64 configured to allocate an operator who is in charge of the remote support for the vehicle, among a plurality of operators, based on an adaptive value calculated based on each operator's experience.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両の遠隔支援システムにおいて効率的に遠隔支援を行うことのできる技術を提供する。【解決手段】車両１０に対して遠隔支援を行う遠隔支援システム１００は、車両が、車両の操作を遠隔地から支援する支援地点に到着した場合、または、車両から呼び出し要求があった場合に、オペレータによる操作に基づき車両を遠隔支援する遠隔支援部６６と、複数のオペレータの中から、各オペレータの経験に基づいて算出される適合値に基づき、車両の遠隔支援を担当するオペレータの割り当てを行う割当制御部６４と、を備える。【選択図】図１
