Zusammenfassung: | To provide an apparatus for diagnosing a user adapted to swiftly diagnosing an individual power-saving quantity of a plurality of users.SOLUTION: An apparatus for diagnosing a user 10 comprises a calculating section 16 that calculates sparse solutions of respective power-saving failure ratios of a plurality of users in a time zone based on a difference between a target value and an actual value of a total power-saving quantity that is a total of a power-saving quantity of the plurality of users in the time zone and the respective power-saving estimates of the plurality of users in the time zone, a user specifying section 18 that specifies part of users as confirmation objects of actual power-saving failure ratios based on the sparse solutions calculated by the calculating section 16, and an individual-information acquiring section 14 that acquires actual power-saving failure ratios in the time zone of the part of users specified by the user specifying section 18. The calculating section 16 adds the power-saving failure ratios acquired by the individual-information acquiring section 14 to a constraint condition and re-calculates sparse solutions of the respective power-saving failure ratios of the plurality of users in the time zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
