To provide an advancement charging device, an advancement charging method and an advancement charging program which can send to charge from slips which an accountant inputs as journalizing, without being based on expense settlement from an on-site responsible person, about expense chargeable to a client separately such as travel expense.SOLUTION: An advancement charging device acquires sales data; acquires sales collection schedule data, based on the sales data; acquires journalizing data on expense; determines whether or not the journalizing data are advancement charging journalizing, based on an advancement charging journalizing pattern master; displays a collection schedule registration screen which makes a user register the charging destination of the expense, when determining that the journalizing data are the advancement charging journalizing; acquires journalizing collecting schedule data, based on the journalizing data, when a charging destination identifier is registered on the collection schedule registration screen; and displays a list of the collection schedule data corresponding to a collection schedule display indication in a selectable manner, when the collection schedule display indication is inputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】出張費などのクライアントに別途請求可能な経費について、現場担当者からの経費精算ベースではなく、経理担当者が仕訳として入力した伝票から請求に回すことができる立替請求装置、立替請求方法、および、立替請求プログラムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】売上データを取得し、売上データに基づいて、売上回収予定データを取得し、経費に関する仕訳データを取得し、立替請求仕訳パターンマスタに基づいて、仕訳データが立替請求仕訳であるか否かを判定し、仕訳データが立替請求仕訳であると判定された場合、経費の請求先を登録させる回収予定登録画面を表示させ、回収予定登録画面に請求先識別子が登録された場合、仕訳データに基づいて、仕訳回収予定データを取得し、回収予定表示指示が入力された場合、当該回収予定表示指示に対応する、回収予定データを選択可能に一覧表示させる。【選択図】図１
