Zusammenfassung:To provide a slide glass for physical observation capable of measuring or adjusting temperature of a sample as accurately as possible while excellently maintaining workability in physical observation.SOLUTION: A slide glass 2 for physical observation comprises: a bottomed sample arrangement hole 21 formed on an upper surface 201 of the slide glass 2; and a temperature measuring element arrangement groove 22 to dispose a temperature measuring element 3, formed on the upper surface 201 of the slide glass 2 in a state communicating with a hole side surface of the sample arrangement hole 21.
