Zusammenfassung:	To allow air quality to be measured without bringing in a device from the outside of a building.SOLUTION: An air conditioning unit 100 to be installed in a ceiling in a building comprises a body part 10, an air quality measuring part 30, and an elevating/lowering part 21. The body part 10 sucks air in a space S1 to be air-conditioned, and performs air conditioning. The air quality measuring part 30 receives supply of electricity from the body part 10, and measures air quality in the space S1 to be air-conditioned.
