Zusammenfassung:To provide a pressure control valve in which an exhaust system can be also used for large-diameter piping such as 200A while avoiding complication of a structure, can accurately control slow exhaust and process pressure, can perform high-vacuum exhaust emission by using only the large-diameter piping, and can control pressure even in a flow rate range corresponding to an opening of the large-diameter piping.SOLUTION: A pressure control valve having a structure for controlling an opening of a valve body comprises: a small valve body 3 incorporated into a large-diameter valve body 2 arranged at a valve body 1; springs 4, 5 for bringing the large-diameter valve body and the small valve body into full-closed states for a normal close structure; and a small valve stem 7 connected to an actuator 27 for fully opening the small valve body. The pressure control valve also comprises a stopper 26a for making the small valve body operate the large-diameter valve body in an open direction in a state that the small valve body is fully-opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】構造の複雑化を回避しつつも、排気系統が200Aなどの大口径配管にも使用可能であり、しかも、スロー排気用とプロセス圧力制御を高精度に制御可能であると共に、高真空排気が大口径配管のみで排気可能であって、大口径配管の開度に応じた流量範囲においても圧力制御が可能となる圧力制御バルブを提供することにある。【解決手段】弁体の開度を制御する構造の圧力制御バルブであって、バルブ本体1に設ける大口径弁体2に内蔵した小弁体3と、大口径弁体と小弁体をノーマルクローズ構造用にそれぞれ全閉状態にするためのスプリング4,5と、小弁体を全開させるためのアクチュエータ27に連結した小弁用ステム7とを有し、小弁体が全開した状態で、この小弁体が大口径弁体を開方向に動作させるためのストッパ26aとを備えた圧力制御バルブである。【選択図】図1
