To obtain an additional insulation earthquake resistant structure of wooden building featuring the insulation earthquake resistant structure for reducing work on site by factory production and having a better airtightness and sound insulation for an energy saving obligatory house from 2020.SOLUTION: In an additional insulation earthquake resistant structure of wooden building, a substrate 4 having rigidness and a peripheral frame 2a fixed integrally with a peripheral edge of a surface to be on its indoor side and a face plate 4 having a peripheral frame 2 fixed integrally with a peripheral edge of an outdoor side and an insulation layer 6 adhered with a same protruding height of the peripheral frame on a surface to be on outdoor side of the face plate 4 are provided and manufactured by factory production in a size conformed to an inner measurement size of a pillar 7, 7a around an opening to be a wall surface and a horizontal member and on an external surface of outdoor side of the insulation layer 6 an external wall panel 1 having a larger protruding size toward outdoor side is fixed in engagement to the opening than a depth dimension of the pillar 7, 7a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】工場生産する事によって現場作業を低減し、２０２０年からの省エネルギー義務化住宅に対する気密性・遮音性に優れた、断熱耐震構造を、特徴とする、木造建築物の不加断熱耐震構造を得る。【解決手段】剛性を備えた基板４及びその屋内側となるべき面の周縁に一体に固定された周枠２ａと屋外側の周縁に一体に固定された周枠２を備えた面板４と面板４の屋外側となるべき面に周枠の突出し高さに等しく、貼着された断熱層６とを備え、壁面となるべき開口周囲の柱７、７ａ及び横架材の内法寸法に合わせた寸法に工場生産によって製造され、断熱層６の屋外側の外面は柱７、７ａの奥行き寸法より、屋外側に突出し大きい寸法である外壁パネル１が開口に嵌装固定された木造建築物の不加断熱耐震構造とする。【選択図】図１
