To provide a technology capable of offering proper sanitation when a back surface of a toilet seat and an inner surface of a toilet bowl part of a toilet bowl body are washed.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device comprises a discharge part 50A capable of discharging a cleaning fluid for washing a back surface of a toilet seat 22 or an inner surface of a toilet bowl part of a toilet bowl body from a discharge hole 74, and a shutter 104A capable of moving between a concealing position to conceal the discharge hole 74 from an outside and an exposing position to expose the discharge hole 74 on the outside.
