ADHESIVE RESIN FILM, AND ADHESIVE RESIN LAMINATE

To provide an adhesive resin film having excellent adhesive force to various adherends such as metal, glass or plastic, consisting of a simple composition, and easily being manufactured, and an adhesive resin laminate.SOLUTION: An adhesive resin film is manufactured by melting and mixing an adhesive resin composition containing a graft copolymer (G) obtained by graft polymerizing an acid modified polyolefin resin (A) removing an un-reacted acid functional group-containing monomer, and an epoxy resin compound (B) having 2 or more epoxy groups in a molecule, and 5 or more functions reactive with an acid functional group of the acid modified polyolefin resin (A) removing the un-reacted acid functional group-containing monomer in a molecule, and molding the same by extrusion molding, and has adhesive strength measured at tensile rate of 300 mm/min. and width of 15 mm of 25.6 N/15 mm or more by conducting heat seal on a glass sheet according to JIS Z1526, at a temperature of 140°C and pressure of 0.2 MPa for 3 sec.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】金属、ガラス、プラスチックなどの各種の被着体に対して、優れた接着力を有しており、単純な組成からなり、容易に製造可能な接着性樹脂フィルム、及び接着性樹脂積層体を提供する。【解決手段】未反応の酸官能基含有モノマーが除去された酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂（Ａ）と、エポキシ基を１分子中に２個以上有し、且つ、未反応の酸官能基含有モノマーが除去された酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂（Ａ）の酸官能基と反応する官能基を、１分子中に５個以上有するエポキシ樹脂系化合物（Ｂ）とが、グラフト重合されて得られたグラフト共重合体（Ｇ）を含有してなる接着性樹脂組成物を、溶融混練後、押出成形により成形されてなり、ＪＩＳ Ｚ １５２６に準じて、ガラス板に対して、温度１４０℃において、圧力０．２ＭＰａで３秒間のヒートシールを行ない、引張速度３００ｍｍ／分、幅１５ｍｍにて測定した接着強度が２５．６Ｎ／１５ｍｍ以上である。【選択図】なし
