Zusammenfassung:	To provide an aqueous coating material which exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and coating films.SOLUTION: The aqueous coating material contains a water-soluble epoxy resin and/or an epoxy resin aqueous dispersion (A), an amino group-containing resin (B), an epoxy group-containing acrylic resin emulsion (C), and an amino group-containing silane compound (D). The aqueous coating material contains 1-50 pts.wt. of the amino group-containing resin (B) and 5-100 pts.wt. of the epoxy group-containing acrylic resin emulsion (C) based on 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the water-soluble epoxy resin and/or the epoxy resin aqueous dispersion (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】種々の基材及び塗膜に対して、優れた密着性を示す水性被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】水溶性エポキシ樹脂及び／またはエポキシ樹脂水分散体（Ａ）、アミノ基含有樹脂（Ｂ）、エポキシ基含有アクリル樹脂エマルション（Ｃ）、及びアミノ基含有シラン化合物（Ｄ）を含み、上記水溶性エポキシ樹脂及び／またはエポキシ樹脂水分散体（Ａ）の固形分１００重量部に対し、上記アミノ基含有樹脂（Ｂ）を１〜５０重量部、上記エポキシ基含有アクリル樹脂エマルション（Ｃ）を５〜１００重量部含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
