PUNCH DIE

To facilitate adjustment of height of the blade edge of a punch by holding, through a simple operation, a locked state in which relative rotations of a punch head and a punch guide is restricted and an unlocked state in which the relative rotations of them is permitted.SOLUTION: A punch die 1B can be adjusted in height of the blade edge 11 of a punch 2 by rotating a punch head 3 and a punch guide 4 relative to each other. A lock mechanism 6B comprises: a recess 25; a lock pin 36 that can be moved forward/backward with respect to the recess 25; an elastic member 41 that applies elastic force to the lock pin 36; and a slide member 72 slidable in a direction intersecting a direction in which the lock pin 36 moves forward/backward.
