Zusammenfassung:To provide a power conversion device that prevents overcharge of an on-vehicle battery to suppress an occurrence of abnormality during charging.SOLUTION: Provided is a battery support device 10 to be connected to an on-vehicle battery E1 that supplies power to a starter 101, in which a control unit 12 acquires a battery voltage of the on-vehicle battery E1. The control unit 12 stores a threshold voltage set on the basis of the acquired battery voltage of the on-vehicle battery E1 at engine stop in a storage unit 122.
