Zusammenfassung: | To provide a production efficiency improvement support system for supporting process improvement effective in the improvement of production efficiency.SOLUTION: A process improvement support system includes cycle time acquisition means, stop time calculation means, production plan storage means, accumulated stop time prediction means, and process improvement priority determination means. The cycle time acquisition means acquires the cycle time of each processing. The stop time calculation means calculates the stop time of each process in each product on the basis of the cycle time. The accumulated stop time prediction means predicts an accumulated stop time in each product production when a process has the stop time and production is performed according to the stored production plan. An accumulated stop time becomes an indicator showing a room in which a production time can be shortened in cycle time standardization of the product. The process improvement priority determination means sets a high priority in process improvement of a product having a large accumulated stop time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】生産効率の改善に有効な工程改善を支援する生産効率改善支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】工程改善支援システムは、サイクルタイム取得手段と、停止時間算出手段と、生産計画記憶手段と、累積停止時間予測手段と、工程改善優先順位決定手段とを有している。サイクルタイム取得手段は、各工程のサイクルタイムを取得し、停止時間算出手段は、サイクルタイムに基づいて、製品毎に、各工程の停止時間を算出する。累積停止時間予測手段は、工程が上記の停止時間を持ち、記憶した生産計画にしたがって生産を行った時の、それぞれの製品生産における累積停止時間を予測する。累積停止時間は、当該製品のサイクルタイム平準化で、生産時間が短縮できる余地を示す指標となる。工程改善優先順位決定手段は、累積停止時間が大きい製品の工程改善に高い優先順位を設定する。【選択図】 図1 |
