Zusammenfassung: | To provide a radiation inspection device that can obtain a transparent image excellent in a contrast even when a detection distance varies.SOLUTION: A radiation inspection device comprises: a radiation source 2 for irradiation with a radiation beam 22; a stage 4 that is capable of placing an analyte 1 in an irradiation range with the radiation beam 22; a detector 3 that is located on a side opposite the radiation source 2 across the stage 4, and detects radiation transmitting the analyte 1; a detector movement mechanism 6 that makes the detector 3 move along a direction parallel with an optical axis L of the radiation beam 22; and a grid 10, in which a plurality of grids 10 are provided and have a radiation absorption foil, and an interval of the radiation absorption foil and a slope thereof are different. The radiation inspection device further comprises a grid interchange part 9 that causes the grid 10 in accordance with a detection distance serving a distance between a focal point of the radiation source 2 and the detector 3 to locate in a front surface on a radiation source 2 side of the detector 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】検出距離が変動してもコントラストの良好な透視画像を得ることのできる放射線検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】放射線ビーム22を照射する放射線源2と、放射線ビーム22の照射範囲に被検体1を載置可能なステージ4と、ステージ4を挟んで放射線源2とは反対側に位置し、被検体1を透過した放射線を検出する検出器3と、検出器3を放射線ビーム22の光軸CLと平行な方向に沿って移動させる検出器移動機構6と、グリッド10を備える。グリッド10は、複数備えられ、放射線吸収箔を有し、放射線吸収箔の間隔及び勾配が異なる。また、グリッド交換部9を備え、放射線源2の焦点と検出器3との距離である検出距離に応じたグリッド10を検出器3の放射線源2側の前面に位置させる。【選択図】図1 |
