Zusammenfassung: | To miniaturize a solenoid valve with respect to a large flow rate.SOLUTION: A solenoid valve includes: a body part 40 including a solenoid 42 for moving a movable part 50 in an axial direction and a cover 41 for housing the solenoid 42; a storage part 90 capable of storing fluid flowing in a first flow passage part 21; and a connection flow passage part 55 for connecting the outside of a solenoid valve 30 and the inside of the storage part 90. The movable part 90 includes: a shaft part 51 protruding to the other direction side in the axial direction from the body part 40 and inserted in a second flow passage part 22; a valve body part 52b provided at the shaft part 51, and for closing a hole part 25 from one side in the axial direction in a closed state; and a first pressure receiving surface 54a facing one side in the axial direction, and for constituting a part of the inside surface of the storage part 90. The connection flow passage part 55 connects the first flow passage part 21 and the storage part 90 in a closed state. The storage part 90 is located further at the one side in the axial direction than the valve body part 52b. 【課題】大流量に対して、電磁弁を小型化する。【解決手段】可動部50を軸方向に移動させるソレノイド42とソレノイド42を収容するカバー41とを有する本体部40と、第1流路部21を流れる流体を収容可能な収容部90と、電磁弁30の外部と収容部90の内部とを繋ぐ接続流路部55と、を備える。可動部90は、本体部40から軸方向他方側に突出し、第2流路部22の内部に挿入されるシャフト部51と、シャフト部51に設けられ、閉状態において軸方向一方側から孔部25を閉塞する弁体部52bと、軸方向一方側を向き、収容部90の内側面の一部を構成する第1受圧面54aと、を有する。接続流路部55は、閉状態において第1流路部21と収容部90とを繋ぐ。収容部90は、弁体部52bよりも軸方向一方側に位置する。閉状態において第2流路部22と遮断される。【選択図】図4 |
