Zusammenfassung: | To provide an air blower having an impeller preventing a sink mark.SOLUTION: An air blower is provided with an impeller. The impeller comprises a main plate including a boss part fixed to a revolving shaft of a motor and several through-holes enclosing the boss part, a shroud oppositely arranged against the main plate and several blades formed integral with the main plate by synthetic resin between the main plate and the shroud, having inside part communicated with the through-holes and including a recess concave from the main plate side to the shroud side. The blades have a twisted shape in an axial direction of the revolving shaft from the main plate side to the shroud side, and in an area from a front edge to a rear edge, an area from the front edge to the thickest part where at least a thickness becomes thickest is inclined from a positive pressure surface to a negative pressure surface as it goes from the main plate side to the shroud side, and a thickness of the thickest part is set to a range from 15% to 25% of a chord length from the front edge part to the rear edge part at an interface plane with the main plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】ヒケを抑制した羽根車を備えた送風機を得ることにある。【解決手段】送風機は、羽根車を備えている。羽根車は、モータの回転軸に取り付けられるボス部とボス部を囲む複数の貫通穴とを備えた主板と、主板と対向して配置されるシュラウドと、主板とシュラウドとの間において合成樹脂により主板と一体に形成され内部が貫通穴と連通するとともに主板側からシュラウド側に凹んだ凹部を含む複数のブレードと、を有する。ブレードは、主板側からシュラウド側にかけて、回転軸の軸方向に捩れた形状を有し、前縁部から後縁部にいたる領域のうち前縁部から少なくとも厚みが最大となる最厚部までの領域が、主板側からシュラウド側に向かうにしたがって、正圧面から負圧面に傾斜し、かつ、最厚部の厚みが、主板との境界面における前縁部から後縁部までの弦長の15%から25%の範囲に設定されている。【選択図】図8 |
