Zusammenfassung:To provide a novel improved polymer unwoven fabric material.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite structure containing at least 2 unwoven polymer layers adhered to each other, in which at least one unwoven polymer layer contains inorganic particulate filler in amount of 40 mass% or less of the unwoven fabric layer, each unwoven fabric polymer layer contains a polymer resin, the polymer resin contains polypropylene, and which is coated with the inorganic particulate filler, and the structure having following physical properties and mechanical properties: (i) hydrostatic head in a range of 400 mm to 1000 mm: (ii) air permeation rate in a range of 400 l/ms to 900 l/ms; (iii) MD tensile strength in a range of 95.0 N/5 cm to 120.0 N/5 cm; (iv) CD tensile strength in a range of 40.0 N/5 cm to 60.0 N/5 cm; (v) MD elongation in a range of 60% to 120%; and (vi) CD elongation in a range of 60% to 120%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】新規の改善されたポリマー不織布材料の提供。【解決手段】互いに接着された少なくとも2つの不織布ポリマー層を含み、少なくとも1つの不織布ポリマー層が当該不織布層の40質量%以下の量で無機粒子状充填剤を含む複合構造体であって、各不織布ポリマー層がポリマー樹脂を含み、前記ポリマー樹脂がポリプロピレンを含み、前記無機粒子状充填剤が被覆されており、以下の物理特性および機械特性:(i)400 mm〜1000 mmの範囲の静水頭;(ii)400 l/m2s〜900 l/m2sの範囲の空気透過率;(iii)95.0 N/5cm〜120.0 N/5cmの範囲のMD引張強度;(iv)40.0 N/5cm〜60.0 N/5cmの範囲のCD引張強度;(v)60%〜120%の範囲のMD伸長;および(vi)60%〜120%の範囲のCD伸長のうちの1つ以上を有する、複合構造体。【選択図】なし
