Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method for producing a pregabalin-containing composition which suppresses crystallization of pregabalin and to provide a pregabalin-containing composition which suppresses crystallization of pregabalin.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a pregabalin-containing composition which comprises: (1) a step of dissolving pregabalin in an aqueous solution of an acid to prepare an aqueous solution of a salt of pregabalin; (2) a step of mixing the aqueous solution of a salt of pregabalin and a hydrophilic resin to prepare a mixed solution; and (3) a step of concentrating the mixed solution, wherein the acid has an acid dissociation constant lower than that of pregabalin.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】プレガバリンの結晶化を抑制したプレガバリン含有組成物の製造方法を提供すること、およびプレガバリンの結晶化を抑制したプレガバリン含有組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のプレガバリン含有組成物の製造方法は、プレガバリンを酸の水溶液に溶解し、プレガバリンの塩の水溶液を準備する工程（１）、前記プレガバリンの塩の水溶液と親水性樹脂とを混合し、混合液を準備する工程（２）および前記混合液を濃縮する工程（３）を有し、前記酸の酸解離定数がプレガバリンの酸解離定数よりも低いことを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
