Zusammenfassung: | To provide a device for thermally separating material components contained in a viscous material.SOLUTION: A device 10 has a housing 12, comprising a heatable housing case 14, which surrounds a treatment chamber 16 and a drivable rotor 26, which forms a treatment face 18 of rotation symmetry extending in an axial direction A and extends in the axial direction in the treatment chamber to form material film on the treatment face, where the rotor has a hollow shaft 28 that keeps a rubbing member 30 arranged in the periphery and surrounds a condensation chamber 32 with the arrangement of a condenser 34. The rubbing member is formed as a transfer chamber to give a material a transfer component force in a direction from a material inlet 20 to a material outlet 22. Within a rotor's longitudinal section, some of rubbing members are formed as transfer members, and as a distribution member that overhangs the hollow shaft, where the distribution has a tooth the shear edge of which has an angle smaller than 45° with respect of the axial direction A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
