Zusammenfassung:To provide a control system that can perform control so that generated power energy becomes maximum even in a variable wind state.SOLUTION: The control system comprises: a learning part that learns correspondence information between wind speed and rotation of a windmill on the basis of wind speed information indicating the wind speed in an installation place of the windmill, rotation information relating to the rotation of the windmill, power information relating to regenerative electric power generated by a power generating system and relation information on the wind speed and the rotation, which indicates a range of rotation speed which can be set on the windmill including a target for the rotation speed; a memorizing part that memorizes the correspondence information between the wind speed and the rotation; a state detecting part that detects the rotation speed and the wind speed in a case that a rotation control parameter for controlling the rotation speed of the windmill is set on the windmill; a determining part that determines the rotation information on the basis of the rotation speed, the wind speed and the correspondence information; and a control part that controls rotation of the windmill on the basis of the rotation information determined by the determining part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】風況が変化する場合であっても発電電力量が最大となる制御を行うことが可能となる制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】前記風車の設置場所における風速を示す風速情報、前記風車の回転に関する回転情報、前記発電システムにより発電される回生電力に関する電力情報、及び、前記風速と前記回転との関係情報であって前記回転数の目標を含む前記風車に設定可能な前記回転数の範囲を示す関係情報に基づいて、前記風速と前記回転との対応情報を学習する学習部と、前記風速と前記回転との対応情報を記憶する記憶部と、前記風車の回転数を制御する回転制御パラメータを前記風車に設定した場合における前記回転数、及び風速を検出する状態検出部と、前記回転数と風速、及び前記対応情報に基づいて、前記回転情報を決定する決定部と、前記決定部により決定された回転情報に基づいて、前記風車の回転を制御する制御部とを備える。【選択図】図12
