Though the battery pack includes: a battery assembly including a battery cell and a spacer which are alternately arranged; a side plate which is extended crossing a side surface of the battery assembly; and a floating prevention part which protrudes toward the battery assembly so as to cover an upper part of the battery assembly from the side plate, the floating prevention part being aligned on the spacer. As a result, the battery pack is provided whose structure is improved so as to firmly restrain battery cells in spite of the fact that an assembling process is facilitated in a process in which two or more battery cells are assembled and modularized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
