Zusammenfassung:To provide a device for fuel cell which allows for effective utilization of the calory of residue oxidant gas discharged from a fuel battery cell stack.SOLUTION: A device 1 for fuel cell includes a housing 2, a reformer 4 for producing fuel gas containing hydrogen by reforming at least raw fuel gas received in the housing 2, and supplying the fuel gas thus produced to a fuel battery cell, an upstream side residue oxidant gas supply duct 48a for supplying the residue oxidant gas not used for electricity generation of fuel battery cell to a combustor, the combustor supplied with the residue oxidant gas not used for electricity generation of fuel battery cell, and heating the reformer by combusting the residue fuel gas using the residue oxidant gas, and an internal oxidant gas duct 52 for drifting the oxidant gas supplied to the fuel battery cell, where residue oxidant gas supply duct 48a and the internal oxidant gas duct 52 have extensions extending, respectively, below the combustor and capable of exchanging heat mutually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】燃料電池セルスタックから排出された残余酸化剤ガスの熱量を有効利用することができる燃料電池用装置を提供する。【解決手段】燃料電池用装置1は、ハウジング2と、ハウジング2内に収容された少なくとも、原燃料ガスを改質して水素を含む燃料ガスを生成し、生成した燃料ガスを燃料電池セルに供給する改質器4、燃料電池セルの発電に使用されずに残った残余酸化剤ガスを燃焼器に供給する上流側残余酸化剤ガス供給流路48a、燃料電池セルの発電に使用されずに残った残余燃料ガスが供給され、残余酸化剤ガスを用いて、残余燃料ガスを燃焼させて改質器を加熱する燃焼器、及び、燃料電池セルに供給する酸化剤ガスを流動させる内部酸化剤ガス流路52と、を備え、残余酸化剤ガス流路48aと、内部酸化剤ガス流路52とは、それぞれ、燃焼器の下方に延在し、互いに熱交換可能な延在部を有する。【選択図】図1
