To timely issue an automatic warning or alert to an institution which may receive an influence of a severe weather.SOLUTION: A computer implementing method for predicting possibility of a severe weather is configured to: receive data related to thunderbolt activity by a computing device; determine a position, a movement speed, a movement direction, and a thunderbolt ratio of one or more thunderbolt activity cells, based on the received data by the computing device; compare the determined thunderbolt ratio with a thunderbolt ratio threshold, by the computing device; determine one or more districts where insecurity may exist, based on the position, movement speed, and movement direction related to the one or more thunderbolt activity cells by the computing device; and issue an alert to one or more remote devices for monitoring a district(s) where insecurity may exist, if the thunderbolt ratio exceeds a value of the thunderbolt ratio threshold by the computing device.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】自動的な警告又は警報を、過酷気象によって影響を被る可能性がある機関に対して、タイムリーに発行する。【解決手段】過酷気象の可能性を予測するためのコンピュータ実装方法であって、コンピューティング装置によって、雷活動に関連するデータを受信し、コンピューティング装置によって、受信データに基づいて、１つ又は複数の雷活動セルの位置、移動速度、移動方向、及び雷率を決定し、コンピューティング装置によって、決定された雷率を閾雷率と比較し、コンピューティング装置によって、１つ又は複数の雷活動セルに関する位置、移動速度、及び移動方向に基づいて、危険性がある１つ又は複数の地域を決定し、コンピューティング装置によって、雷率が閾雷率の値を超えると、危険性がある地域を監視する１台又は複数台の遠隔装置に警報を発行する。【選択図】なし
