To provide a support device and a testing device capable of coping with more than two kinds of tire wheels.SOLUTION: A support device 29 includes an inner holding mechanism 53 and a lower holding mechanism 52. The inner holding mechanism 53 includes: a collet 72 having three cylindrical parts 72B engaged with a hub hole 4A of a tire wheel 4; an insert shaft 71 inserted into a through hole 72G of the collet 72; and an actuator 70 for relatively moving the collet 72 relative to the insert shaft 71. The lower holding mechanism 52 includes: a support part 66 for supporting the tire wheel 4 from a lower side; an elevatable first piston 61 while accompanying the support part 66; a second piston 62 that is elevatable in an upper portion of the first piston 61 and is larger than the first piston 61; and an elastic member 63 for connecting them.
